B4J Question B4J - How to compile and run my application?

Hello,
i created a sample application using B4J. How should i redistribuite it?
How can i write the command line to run it?

Run the program in Release mode. Take the compiled jar from the Objects folder and distribute it.

You can double click on it to start the program.
