I run into this a lot. It is a minor annoyance so if it is an easy fix that would be nice. Otherwise no worries.
I ALT-TAB between apps a lot. If you happen to be hovering over code with a tool tip when you switch apps that tool tip stays open until you switch back to the b4x code window and move off the item.
Note it is a little tricky to duplicate. When I hit ALT-TAB the tool tip does go off. But the problem is I am now looking at my list of open apps on another monitor (Holding down the ALT key) but the mouse is still over my b4x code. If I move the mouse slightly the tool tip will open again. Then when I release the TAB key the app switches but the tool tip is left on top of all apps.
