What happens when you try to connect? The pairing dialog should appear automatically.

I use the following example

The error it gives?



The only program I was able to connect to was Serial Bluetooth Terminal
I connect to the HM-17 from the outside and then enter the program

It looks like the other device is not listening for connections. Are you sure that it is not a BLE device?

Did you find any solution for HM-17 connection?
I'm trying to make connection B4A and HM-17 and getting
"(IOException) java.io.IOException: read failed, socket might closed or timeout, read ret: -1"
message
