DDE / OLE for Android??

Hi everybody!

I would like to know, if basic4android does support a mechanism which operates like "DDE" or "OLE automation" as it is provided by Windows?
I would like to share simple data values (numbers or short ASCII strings) between two different applications (*.apk).
Hopefully this is not a real stupid question!!!

@ In meantime I found an Android feature , called "Intent" (it's slightly described in basic4android document).
Maybe I can use that for my purposes ???

You can use the Network library to communicate between two applications. Use the localhost ip: 127.0.0.1. Together with AsyncStreams it shouldn't be difficult to communicate between the programs.
