The problem is because you havent install the ADB driver on your PC.
Check and send a picture of your device manager.

Maybe try downloading the drivers direct from Samsung -> https://developer.samsung.com/galaxy/others/android-usb-driver-for-windows

Did you say you're using Windows 7? The error image in your last post says Windows 8.1...
