Android Question Exoplayer - can I send media information (text- song name etc) to bluetooth device

Hello.
I have been using exoplayer for a while. When streaming audio to a bluetooth device such as my car head unit the song is "no title". Maybe I have missed it but I can't find if there is a way to send song data (perhaps as a string?) to the bluetooth device. Anyone know if this is possible?
Edit: I should say that I am just connecting the phone to the bluetooth device through the external Android system, nothing clever in B4X.

Ah. Ok. Thanks Erel. I think that is a bit beyond my skillset at the moment. I thought I would ask anyway.
