I'm confused. As a developer of a FREE Android app, will your private address be published in Google Play? I've heard many different opinions and maybe things have changed over the years. I can understand the requirement for apps you need to pay for, but what if you're giving away your app for free? I don't want everyone to know where I live...

The address you give Google will be published. It's up to you if you provide your private address or not. I bet it would work fine with the address to a postbox. Look around online, I'm sure other people have published articles about what they did.

I have a similar scenario with a free app. Can you give your app here so I can see if I can find this info you mention? I see my info in my google console, but I'm not sure a regular user can see such info.
