Android Question How to convert Javascript unescape string?

Do you know how to convert this Javascript unescape string by using B4A?

unescape("%3c%73%63%72......)

unescape() has been deprecated. Use
decodeURI()
instead. I think there should be an Library to get the "decode url"-Function in B4A..
