Android Question how to fill Spinner1 with string

Hello, I am looking for help to fill a Spinner1 with a string that takes its value when consulting a text field from the database and its content would be something like this: apple, orange, pear, mango, blackberry.

I want it to be ordered one below the other in the Spinner1, thank you very much for the help you can give me.
