B4J Question My .EXE is not EXEcuting!

It's been awhile since I posted here... Many things happened.
Among them - my PC went kaput. Now with a new PC (win11) I'm trying to get back on track.
I have several apps written in B4J. I want to make executable exe files to run "stand alone"

When using the project option "build standalone package" I get an EXE file.
But... running this exe file, the "gui" blink for a split second and quit, app not run

Please tell me what to do

I did that, then ran "run_debug.bat" and got:

Where is your GROUPS.TXT? copy it to bin folder

Yeah, needed to copy those TXT files to bin. Seems to work now. Thx
