B4J Question Odd CSS Problem with cursor

All the labels and textfields have "fx-cursor: hand;" in the Extra CSS property in the visual designer.
The top two work and the cursor changes to a hand when it goes over the node. The bottom two nodes don't work and the cursor remains the default pointer. I can't work out why it would behave this way.

Project with the layout is attached.

The bottom two fields are missing the leading "-" from the css command, it should be "-fx-cursor: hand;"
