prefix for accessing global var and sub

Hello,

is it correct that if I want to access a global\public var or sub that I always need a prefix (modulname) to access that var or sub in other modules ?

Yes.

global\public var or sub

Only variables declared in Process_Globals routines can be accessed from other modules.
Subs in Activity modules cannot be accessed from other modules.
In Class modules they must be declared as Public.
