Android Question [QUESTION] How can menus be disabled and enabled again?

Hi,

I am trying to use Acitivity.CloseMenu and Acitivity.OpenMenu to disable and enable a menu, but it just does not work.
If anybody has a suggestion I will appreciate it.

PD: By the way, how can I make to display the menu in all along the bottom of the screen, I say this because it apears in the right part of the screen from bottom to up.

You cannot disable the standard menu and you cannot change its appearance. However there are several libraries that will allow you to create nicer menus with more options.

Two examples: AHQuickAction library - Nice looking popup menus

I tried with AHQuickAction library, but I got a "Not Found Exception" message, I don't know what I am doing wrong, if you have an idea please share it with me.

Hi Erel,

I found out that I had to add some additional folders (with some xml files, etc.) into my app, I copied them from one example of the forum and now it is already working.
If you think that I still need to post the exception, please let me know
