Restart ADB Server on Designer Scripts window

I'm loading new templates and then connecting them in the Designer Scripts window. It would be nice if we had the IDE Tools->Restart ADB Server on the menu in this window so I don't have to hunt around all my open windows to find the IDE window to restart it. It would be very nice to have it on the Designer Tools menu.
