Android Question [solved]Playstore Developer Console: "Check language"?

Today I wanted to upload a new APK and the developer console shows me an message to "Check the language" (it's german by the way). I did not find any thing to get this solved. I even checked the text for errors. The App is for Germany/Austria & Swiss only.

Any ideas?

Google has a absolutely wrong "error message". The reason was a preview-pic was missing
