No,Prompt is Title of ther Spinner,i am asking how to set text in spinner dropdown

Example:-

Spinner.Text = "Some Text" --------> I Need this type
Spinner.Add("Some Text")-----------> Not like this

The only way I see that an entires "text" can be changed is by removing all entries then adding them back into the spinner

If you store your entires to a list you can use spinner.AddAll(mylist)
