Bug? Visual Designer wont open

My visual designer has stopped working.

If I try and open it I'll only get the WYSIWYG.
This happens from Designer > Open Internal Designer and also when I Ctrl+ click a layout in the IDE

Been working fine up until now when I simply changed the layout I was working on. Designer froze and now will not open.
PC restarted. Downloaded v8.30 again and installed over the top.

I'll try a fresh install next.

Uninstalled B4J.
Deleted folder in Program Files
Restarted
Installed B4J
Still not working.

This seems to be affecting all my projects.

Using b4j.exe -log in cmd as suggested in a post just opens the splash screen.

1. Close the IDE.
2. Delete C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Anywhere Software\B4J\b4xV5.ini
