Bug in new Android AVG manager

If you have updated to the latest AVG manager, you might have noticed that you receive an error when attempting to start a emulator. You can start the emulator from a dos prompt until they fix the issue. The error is:

"invalid command-line parameter: Files\Android\android-sdk-windows\tools/emulator-arm.exe.
Hint: use '@foo' to launch a virtual device named 'foo'.
please use -help for more information"
