Wish InputAccessooryView for ViewController

Hi,

Please add the functionality to add InputAccessoryView for UIViewController to be able to make it always visible at the bottom of the window.

Why don't you use a regular view and move it when the keyboard appears (with the KeyboardStateChanged event)?

because it is not working when using keyboard dismiss mode interactive.

Anyway I managed to track the keyboard window and tracking its location with Observer.
