[Wishlist] Universal Layout

Instead of doing layouts for specific resolutions, could we get layouts based on %'s instead of absolute coordinates so for example, we'd only need 2 layouts. One for phones/PDAs, and one for tablets?

But we would also need % for fontsizes etc. pp.!
